Big (and little) Fiddle Fun Workshop

A three-day after-school workshop exploring folk fiddling styles including Irish, Bluegrass and Old Time Dance Music. Designed for violin, viola, cello, and upright bass players in grades 4-12 to explore ear training and improvisation within folk fiddling traditions. Students will engage with each other to learn new skills and collaborate in a hands-on intensive musical experience. Families are invited to conclude the workshops with a Friday evening celebration featuring a student showcase and musical performances!
